    Installers and specialized companies can use the form to request a connection to wholesalers or partners in their area.
  4. Download Section
    Centralized access to:
    • Brochures (Company, Benefits of Glass/Glass, All-Around Protection)
    • Product data sheets
    • Shipping information, package size calculator (beta), unpacking/installation instructions
    • Terms and Conditions & Warranty Terms

These offerings are continuously improved with regard to perceptibility, operability, understandability, and technical robustness (§ 3 BFSG).

The website is partially accessible in accordance with the requirements of § 3 BFSG. Full implementation is in progress. Identified limitations are documented below.

4. Non-Accessible Content

Despite our efforts, not all content is currently fully accessible. We are continuously working to further improve accessibility. The following barriers, among others, currently exist:

Focus is not fully visible
When users navigate with the keyboard, the currently selected area is sometimes not recognizable, which makes it difficult to navigate the page.

Some text has insufficient contrast
People with low vision or color vision deficiencies have difficulty reading text because the difference between the text color and the background color is too small.

Form controls lack labels
Screen readers cannot unambiguously identify certain form fields, making it difficult for blind or visually impaired people to use them.

The purpose of fields is not identified programmatically
Automated input aids such as autofill or voice control cannot determine what type of information should be entered into a field.

Text over images or color gradients has insufficient contrast
Text placed on images or colorful backgrounds may be difficult for some users to read.

HTML structure is not in a logical order
Screen readers sometimes read content in an illogical order, making the page’s structure difficult to understand.

Alternative text is incomplete or inappropriate
Images are not always described correctly, causing important visual information to be lost for screen reader users.

5. Planned Measures

To improve the website’s accessibility, technical and design adjustments are planned to gradually resolve the identified issues. These include, in particular, optimizing contrast, focus indicators, alternative text, and the HTML structure, as well as correctly marking up all form elements. In addition, the usability of interactive elements on mobile devices will be improved, and the semantic structure of the content will be revised to make the site more clearly accessible to screen readers.

Other identified barriers on the website will be addressed step by step and resolved as part of a continuous improvement process.

6. Accessibility Review

The review was conducted as part of a self-assessment by necom Werbeagentur GmbH using testing tools provided by the following company:

Fifty representative web pages and 14 documents were analyzed—including, among other things, with regard to:

  • Readability by assistive technologies (screen readers)
  • Keyboard navigation and focus control
